WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE?

Yes! According to the Electronic Communication and Transactions Act & South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008, you as a consumer are entitled to a general right to return for seven days after delivery, for any reason without penalty, the consumer however will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.
